WHO CAN APPLY
To qualify for a wholesale account, you must:

• Operate a physical retail store (with or without an online presence), OR
• Be an online-only business with an established audience or customer base

Selling on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, or similar platforms is strictly prohibited.
Wholesale purchases for personal use are also not allowed.

APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS
All wholesale applications are carefully reviewed. We reserve the right to:

• Deny applications that do not align with our brand
• Cancel approved orders if any terms are violated

We aim to ensure that all our partners reflect the values and standards of the Tincas brand.

PRICING
• All prices are clearly displayed on our website
• Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers for resale purposes
• Promotional or regular customer orders do not qualify for wholesale pricing

For custom quotes or large quantity discounts, please contact us directly.

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS
Our wholesale pricing already includes significant discounts. Additional discounts are only available if:

• A special promotion is announced
• A high-volume order is approved under a custom agreement

Orders using unauthorized discount codes will be canceled.

INVOICING & PAYMENT TERMS
• Invoices are available upon request
• Full payment is required before shipment
• Net payment terms are not available

SHIPPING INFORMATION
• All orders are shipped from our warehouse
• Retailers are responsible for any import duties or taxes
• Free shipping is available on qualifying wholesale orders

FULFILLMENT TIME
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment
• You will be notified of any delays in advance

BULK & B2B SALES
We support bulk orders for B2B partners and wholesale distributors.

DAMAGED ITEMS
All products are inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged item:

• Inspect your order upon arrival
• Report any issue within 5 days
• Email us with details and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly
