Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (USA & UK)

Delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.

⏰ During busy periods (holidays or sales), carriers may take a little longer. We always ship orders as quickly as possible on our end.


Handling & Processing Time

Every order is carefully prepared, tested one last time, and packed securely.
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 8:00 PM are processed the next business day.
No shipments on weekends or public holidays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
You can also track your order anytime from the “Track Your Order” page.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the carrier using your tracking number to open a case.
  2. Then email us at contact@tincas.shop with your order number and photos (if damaged).
